This article examines their contribution to the strengthening of efficiency, accessibility, and interlinked collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. Principal advantages are real-time access to information, scalability, and affordability, although issues of data security and implementation fees still exist. A comparative analysis showcases the contribution of cloud ERP solutions in transforming education and enhancing institutional decision-making. The research highlights the necessity of transformation in schools with ERP implementation.HTML, CSS, JavaScript (front end), MySQL (database) and Java (Spring Boot) or PHP (Laravel) (back end) are developed to design the system, which provides real-time accessibility, reliability, and scalability in the cloud environment.
